Comhaltas Live
Willie has a great passion for music and travels across Ireland and abroad to record some of the best musicians out there. Having been a member of Comhaltas for over 20 years, he had the idea of setting up Comhaltas Live in 2002.
Comhaltas Live is a 20-minute programme which comes out weekly online. It showcases the best musicians, dancers and singers, both from Comhaltas and outside the group. Willie travels to events like the Fleadh and trad festivals to make sure he gets the best footage possible. He also ensures that each show has a good mixture of talent and content, promoting traditional Irish music and culture for audiences all across the world.
